Shipping Terms

We ship within the European Union.

The shipping costs include the statutory VAT.

Shipping to German islands is excluded.

Bulky goods will be shipped by forwarding agent.

Important information for deliveries by forwarding agent:
The delivery generally takes place free to kerbside. The further transport must be organized by you, e.g. to your business premises or your apartment. Please consider that a second person may be required. Same applies for any return shipment, because the forwarding agent also takes over the delivery at the kerbside. You are responsible for the transport from your place of use (shop, home, etc.) up to the kerbside.

Our parcels are usually sent by GLS, DPD or TNT.
When it comes to freight forwarding goods, we rely on the logistics experts from Dachser and Raben.

Below you will find an overview of our shipping costs:

Germany:
-Shipping flat rate: 25 euros
- From an order value of above 90 euros: Free shipping!

Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg:
- Parcel shipping: 25 euros
- Freight forwarding goods: 80 euros/piece

Denmark, Sweden, France:
- Parcel shipping: 25 euros
- Freight forwarding goods: 100 euros/piece

Italy, Spain, Portugal:
- Parcel shipping: 30 euros
- Freight forwarding goods: 150 euros/piece

For all other countries, it's a pleasue for us to inform you about the shipping costs on demans. Contact us!

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the product description, deliveries within Germany takes place in 1-5 days and deliveries abroad in 2-10 days after order confirmation. If payment in advance has been agreed, the aforementioned deadlines apply from the date of receipt of payment on our account.

There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

In case your order consists of several items with different delivery times, then we will ship your order in one joint shipment, unless otherwise agreed. The item of the order with the longest delivery time is decisive for the delivery time.
